SUPLEMENTS AND FATLOSS


Today, I'm going to talk to you about fat loss supplementation.


When it comes to supplementation for fat loss, I take a very different approach than the "throw-a-pill-at-it" school of thought.
It's my firm belief, and I've confirmed this through years of training and experimentation and research, that your body has the capability to burn fat quite well on it's own! Adding in pills and exotic herbs can have some limited effect on fat burning but, if you think about it, your body is the real source of the fire!

My strategy has been to seek out ways to enhance and accelerate your natural metabolism through training and nutrition, not through fat-loss pills.
This focus on seeking ways to naturally boost the metabolism has led me to the following conclusion: the best supplements to enhance fat burning are the supplements that are most effective for muscle building. Your muscle mass is the powerhouse behind your metabolism. Muscle burns calories constantly even while at rest. Anything you can do to hold onto or build muscle mass while losing fat will enhance your results far more than any single pill can do.

The best part is, generally speaking, the only side effects you get from building muscle are compliments!
